Refund policy

🇬🇧 REFUND POLICY | SUNNYPLUG

At SunnyPlug, we prioritize your satisfaction.
To ensure a fair and secure process, we apply a clear return policy aligned with international standards.


🕒 Return Period (14 Days)

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return, provided:

  • The product is new, unused, and undamaged

  • All original accessories and documentation are included

  • The packaging is complete and intact

A return number will be issued (no return will be accepted without it).


📦 Return Conditions

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • A CHF 87.– processing fee (or local equivalent) is deducted from the refund

  • Non-compliant returns will be refused and returned at your expense


❌ Non-returnable Items

  • Used, incomplete or damaged products

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective upon delivery)


📸 Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Report it immediately to the carrier (with written note if possible)

  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  3. Send within 48 hours to: service-client@sunnyplug.com, including your order number

👥 Swiss customers: Contact your household or liability insurance
🌍 International customers: Check your private insurance, credit card, or shipping insurance

✅ SunnyPlug will:

  • Assist in filing claims

  • Provide supporting documentation

  • Send a replacement product once the case is validated


💰 Refund Process

Once the product is received and validated:

  • Refund is issued within 10 business days

  • Through the original payment method

  • Minus the CHF 87.– processing fee


📝 Important Tips

  • Inspect your parcel upon delivery

  • Take photos if in doubt

  • Keep all packaging until product is confirmed
