At SunnyPlug, we prioritize your satisfaction.
To ensure a fair and secure process, we apply a clear return policy aligned with international standards.
🕒 Return Period (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return, provided:

The product is new, unused, and undamaged

All original accessories and documentation are included

The packaging is complete and intact

A return number will be issued (no return will be accepted without it).
📦 Return Conditions

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

A CHF 87.– processing fee (or local equivalent) is deducted from the refund

Non-compliant returns will be refused and returned at your expense
❌ Non-returnable Items

Used, incomplete or damaged products

Custom or personalized orders

Sale or discounted items (unless defective upon delivery)
📸 Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged:

Report it immediately to the carrier (with written note if possible)

Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Send within 48 hours to: service-client@sunnyplug.com, including your order number
👥 Swiss customers: Contact your household or liability insurance
🌍 International customers: Check your private insurance, credit card, or shipping insurance
✅ SunnyPlug will:

Assist in filing claims

Provide supporting documentation

Send a replacement product once the case is validated
💰 Refund Process
Once the product is received and validated:

Refund is issued within 10 business days

Through the original payment method

Minus the CHF 87.– processing fee
