SunnyPlug is a brand operated by AS-DE Sàrl, a subsidiary of HomePerformance SA, based in Lonay, Switzerland.
All orders ship exclusively from our Swiss warehouse.


📦 Order Processing

  • Monday to Friday (excluding Swiss public holidays)

  • Standard handling time: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation

  • May vary due to order volume or force majeure.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: 5 to 15 business days

  • Europe: 15 to 30 business days (depending on location & customs)

 In exceptional cases (remote areas, customs checks, etc.), delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.


🤝 Shipping Partners

We work with trusted partners:
Swiss Post, DHL, DPD, GLS, and local affiliates.
Carrier is selected based on address, weight, and package size.


🔎 Tracking & Coverage

  • Tracking number sent via email

  • Shipments include standard transport insurance (managed by carrier)

In case of loss/damage:

  • Keep packaging and take photos

  • Contact your home/liability insurance

  • SunnyPlug will assist with supporting documentation

  • Replacement may be offered depending on case resolution


🌍 Shipping Areas

  • Switzerland: Nationwide

  • EU countries: Under specific conditions
    For other destinations (e.g. overseas territories), contact us before ordering.


💰 Shipping Fees

  • Calculated automatically at checkout (based on weight, size, destination)

  • Displayed clearly before order confirmation

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to confirmed defect or SunnyPlug error.


❗ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

In case of:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Repeated absence

  • Unclaimed packages

→ Returned packages will incur re-shipping fees payable by the customer.
