SunnyPlug is a brand operated by AS-DE Sàrl, affiliated with HomePerformance SA.

1️⃣ Purpose of the Contract

These T&C apply to any order placed with SunnyPlug via website, email, phone or other methods.
Conditions may vary depending on the delivery country (pricing, tax, shipping).

2️⃣ Applicability

By confirming your order, you fully accept these T&C. They apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3️⃣ Amendments

T&C may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one available on our website at the time of order.

4️⃣ Contract Conclusion

The contract becomes effective upon email confirmation. Once confirmed, the order is binding.

5️⃣ Cancellation / Termination

Refusal to accept delivery does not cancel the order. SunnyPlug may cancel orders for logistical or administrative reasons.

6️⃣ Delivery

  • Shipped from Switzerland

  • Delivery times are estimates

  • Extra charges (customs, VAT, logistics) may apply outside Switzerland

  • SunnyPlug is not liable for external delays

7️⃣ Retention of Title

Products remain SunnyPlug's property until full payment is received, including shipping costs.

8️⃣ Payment / Shipping Fees

  • Prepayment required

  • Shipping costs calculated automatically by location, weight, and volume

  • Additional fees may apply for special cases; you'll be notified before shipment.

9️⃣ Pricing Policy

  • Default prices in CHF incl. Swiss VAT

  • Local pricing may apply depending on delivery country

  • Final price is based on delivery address, regardless of ordering country or currency

  • SunnyPlug reserves the right to adjust or cancel any mismatched orders

🔁 10. Return Policy

For Switzerland:

  • 14-day return window

  • Unused product, original packaging

  • Handling fee: CHF 87.–

  • Return shipping at customer’s expense

International Orders:

  • Return terms may vary

  • Contact us before placing an order

Data is processed under Swiss (nFADP) and EU (GDPR) regulations.

SunnyPlug disclaims responsibility for:

  • Website use damages

  • Contract execution failures

  • Technical issues (access, viruses…)

⚖️ 13. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

  • Swiss law only

  • Exclusive jurisdiction: Vaud, Switzerland

  • Invalid clauses will be replaced without affecting the others
